Territory Sales Manager

About our Client  Our client is a leading provider of barcode systems and tracking technology solutions that enable fast, accurate, electronic collection of all product movements and transactions.   About this Position  Title: Territory Sales Manager   Territory: Northern California (San Francisco to Siskiyou)  Compensation: Base Salary + Commission (uncapped)  Solution Experience: Barcoding, Asset Tracking, Inventory Management, RFID, mobility, Warehouse Management Systems Sales Experience: 5 + years technology sales   Target Market: Manufacturing Warehouse Distribution Produce  Responsibilities  Build an effective sales plan and strategy to achieve goals in assign territory  Increase sales revenue and market share through proactive direct sales Generate and pursue leads and schedule discovery meetings to uncover needs Research, contact, and qualify leads to build a pipeline of opportunities  Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets and activity metrics  Use ACT! CRM to track and manage sales activities  Contribute to sales meetings and management of the sales cycle (forecasting, reporting, customer database maintenance, and data entry) Work closely with potential customers (prospects) and vendors to build rapport, develop relationships, close sales opportunities, and create long-term value  Skills and Abilities  In-depth knowledge of consultative sales and how to identify customer's needs Strong prospecting, cold calling, and social selling skills with a hunter mentality Experience managing pipeline activities in the CRM with meticulous detail Tenacious, self-motivated, detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask Ability to analyze territory, define target segments, build target lists, understand key applications by segment, and secure new business Qualifications  Minimum 5 years in technology sales  Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota Excellent communication and organizational skills Goal and detail oriented Self-driven, assertive selling style What's in it for you?  Uncapped earning potential  Industry leading technology solutions Target-rich territory with significant growth opportunity Performing territory with existing customers 
Salary Range: $105K - $120K
Minimum Qualification

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
